Phil Gaudiano, CPA

Phil earned a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree, with a focus in taxation, from Cleveland State University. His career in public accounting began at Novogradac & Company, LLP, in Cleveland. Prior to forming his practice, he also worked in the tax departments of several large, publicly-traded corporations. He is licensed as a CPA in both Ohio and Virginia and is a member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Virginia Society of CPAs.
Linda Maslar, CPA

Linda has 30 years of accounting and tax experience for individuals and their businesses. Over the years, she has helped hundreds of clients navigate through the complicated tax code and establish sound back-office accounting practices that let business owners understand cash flow, balance sheets and financing needs. In addition to running her own practice and helping clients succeed in their businesses, she brings with her the knowledge of being the internal auditor, risk manager, and corporate comptroller of an NYSE traded company that required skills in SEC reporting, foreign currency translations, mergers and acquisitions, and bond financing.
